This month’s Supper Club menu is all about cherries—sweet, tart, and full of flavor. We’ve sourced the best local cherries to create a menu that highlights their versatility, from savory to sweet.

Starti with a Cherry & Brie Puff, drizzled with local honey and cherry reduction, and can move on to dishes like Cherry-Glazed Baby Back Ribs with sweet potato mash or Seared Duck Breast with a cherry demi-glaze. For something truly indulgent, try the Slow Braised Short Rib over dried cherry risotto with a smoked bourbon cherry reduction.

And of course, don’t miss dessert: our Cherry Lemon Cake Flambé, featuring cherries flambéed in brandy over a Greek yogurt cherry lemon cake. Each dish brings out the bright, complex flavors of cherries, creating a fresh and seasonal dining experience.
